Wooeye is committed to ensuring you are satisfied. That's why we offer a 40-day warranty and trial for all of Wooeye's colored contact lenses.

If you just opened a new pair of Wooeye brand lenses and found that you don't like them, don't worry, we can send you another pair of different styles of lenses for free, but you will need to pay a $9 shipping fee. You don't need to return the original lenses. Please contact us at vison@wooeyes.com first and our staff will serve you within 24 hours.

If you ordered multiple pairs from the Wooeye brand, we recommend that you open one pair first to see if they fit you. That way, if you don't like it, the rest of your order is still eligible for standard return or exchange.

Although our 40-day trial guarantee only applies to one pair of Wooeye brand, we can re-ship the rest of your order without returning it in the following cases:
1. The product itself is defective
2.The quantity or item delivered is incorrect
3.You are quite dissatisfied with your shopping experience with Wooeye, and we will communicate with you in good faith until you are satisfied.

1. Does WOOEYE ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

India/ Morocco/ Jamaica Barbados /Gibraltar /Algeria /Slovakia /Latvia

2. When can you ship my order ?

Packages will be ready from WOOEYE Warehouse within 48 hours of placing the order (except holidays).

3. How long is the shipping time?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time: Usually within 48h, and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday

After the package is sent out, the estimated arrival time is as follows:

• United States :6–9 days
• United Kingdom :6-9 days
• Canada:6-9 days

Germany:7-10 days

Italy:7-10 days

France:5-9 days

Spain:8-10 days

Australia:8-15 days

4. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $29. Otherwise, it will cost $9 by default logistics.Some countries will charge $13.99 (Puerto Rico and Brazil)

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. After that, you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

Return/Refund Conditions:

1. The after-sale warranty period is 40 days upon receiving the parcel (according to the logistic information).

2. Returned items must be unopened and in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. Please contact us before returning any items.You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you discover any quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) within the after-sale warranty period, please contact us immediately and provide clear pictures of the defective item. We will replace it after inspection. Please KEEP the lenses and packaging until your issue is resolved.

Return/Refund Process
1. Please email us vison@wooeyes.com first, and we will write back to you asap. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.

2. Put the item in its original packaging.
Returns are allowed if the packaging of the product is intact and the product has not been opened.

3. Hand over the package to the carrier.
After returning the package to us, please provide the tracking number and website to track the logistics information.

4. We have received your return package.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you informing you that we have received your returned item. We will check if the package is in good condition once and notify you to approve or deny the refund.

Special Case:

If you mistakenly order the wrong prescription or wrong color, and you want a replacement, you will need to return the product to us, and we will resend it to you, please note we will charge $17.99 for shipping

If you don't like the products, and it has been open, you can exchange it for a different pair, you only pay $9 for the new one . No need to return the unlike one. (Note: only one pair can be exchanged)

Note: In all cases (except product quality) we need to charger $9 shipping fee .

If we send the wrong items, please send pictures to vison@wooeyes.com . We will resend it to you free of charge after confirmation.

👁👁2. Currently, we don't offer separate purchases for left and right eye prescriptions. If yours differ, select two pairs of the same color.

🎨 3. Double-check your address details, especially your phone number and email. Your email is crucial for order confirmations and notifications about any out-of-stock items.

✈4. Our standard shipping time is 48 hours. If it exceeds 72 hours, check your email for notifications. It may be due to stock availability or an incorrect address.

💖How to wear:

1. Soak lenses in lens solution for at least 6 hours before first use

2. Clean your hands

3. Rinse it gently with contact lens solution

4. Make sure the lens is right side up

5. Hold your upper eyelid gently, then place the lens in your eyes.

📅Care Tips:

1. Replace lenses after 8-10 months to avoid exceeding the recommended usage period (1 year).

2. Limit contact lens wear to 8 hours a day for optimal eye health.

3. Change contact lens solution every 3 days when lenses are not in use.

4. Replace your contact lens case every 3 months to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
