Overview
Cleaning contact lenses is a key step to ensure eye health, because bacteria, protein, and dust quickly accumulate on the surface of the lens. If not thoroughly cleaned, it may lead to eye infection (such as keratitis or conjunctivitis), reduced oxygen permeability of the lens causing dryness and discomfort, and even damage to vision due to friction of the cornea by sediment. Proper cleaning can effectively remove impurities, extend the service life of the lens, and maintain clarity and comfort when wearing. It is a daily care specification that contact lens users must strictly follow.
How To Clean Your Contact Lens
1. Clean your palms.
Before handling contact lenses, be sure to use soap to clean your palms to prevent bacteria and dirt from getting on the lenses and affecting their use.
2. Pour in fresh care solution
Replace the care solution with a new one before wearing it each time. Pour the old care solution entirely into the lens case and refill it with a fresh care solution.

4. Rinse contact lenses with solution
Rinse your contact lenses thoroughly with fresh solution, removing any remaining dirt and debris.
5. Place in a contact lens case and soak
Place the contact lenses in the correct position of the contact lens case according to the left and right sides, and soak the contact lenses with care solution.
